School Psychologist Opportunity near Falls Church, VA!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions to address students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Provide counseling and support services to students individually and in groups to promote positive mental health and well-being.
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals and services.

Requirements:

• Certification or licensure as a school psychologist in the state of Delaware
• Master's or doctoral degree in school psychology 
• Strong assessment skills and knowledge of standardized assessment tools
• Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in K-12 schools
