Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Provide counseling to students to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective interventions and support strategies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment that fosters student well-being and academic achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Specialist degree (Ed.S.) or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Georgia state certification in School Psychology.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a School Psychologist, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
