New School Year
Experienced School Psychologist
We are looking for a full-time or part-time school psychologist to provide mental health and behavioral support for students in grades K-12. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments. You will also conduct psycho-educational evaluations, provide individual and group counseling, develop goals and action plans, and participate in crisis prevention and intervention.
Details:
- W2 contract with benefits
- K-12 caseload
- May include traveling between schools
- Compensation: $48-53 per hour
- Provide culturally responsive services to students and families from diverse backgrounds
- Plan appropriate Individualized Education Programs for students with disabilities
- Modify and adapt curricula and instruction
- Adjust classroom facilities and routines to improve student engagement and learning
- Monitor and effectively communicate with parents about student progress
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A master s degree or higher in school psychology or a related field
- A valid Washington state license or certification as a school psychologist
- Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards
