Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and restoring patients' health. You will work closely with students, staff, and parents to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents to create a supportive environment for students.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
