Blazerworks is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Chester, PA for the 2024-2025 school year. This role is in partnership with a supportive school district, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, following the school calendar
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with students to promote positive behavioral changes
- Collect and record data on student progress and provide feedback to the BCBA and school team
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a consistent and effective learning environment
- Assist in classroom settings by reinforcing behavioral strategies and social skills development
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all student interactions
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active RBT certification
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans effectively and adapt to different student needs
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically and socially
