Job Title: Full-Time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Valencia, CA

Start Date: December 4th

End Date: May 31st

Hours: Full-time, 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week

Caseload: 1:1 with a first-grade autistic kiddo

Severity: Moderate to Severe

Setting: Onsite

About the Job:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Valencia, CA. You will be providing 1:1 support to a first-grade autistic kiddo with moderate to severe autism. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors.
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to promote appropriate behavior.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and inform behavior interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment for the student.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Experience working with students with autism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
