School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Needed Near Summerville, SC

Are you an RBT looking for a school based opportunity? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and support our students with behavioral and developmental needs. The RBT will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA. 

• Collect and record data on student progress. 

• Assist in the development of individualized goals for students. 

• Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction. 

• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve student behavior and learning. 

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care. 

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred). 

• Current SC RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). 

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
