School-Based Registered Behavioral Technician 

Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team and provide essential support for students' behavioral and developmental needs. This role involves working directly with students, educators, and families to help foster positive outcomes in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support behavior goals and social skill development.
• Assist in data collection and monitoring to track student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into daily routines.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of sessions, including progress reports and behavioral data.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that aligns with the student's individualized goals and educational plans.
• Support students in learning essential coping mechanisms and adaptive skills for academic and social success.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent (some states may require additional coursework or certification).
• At least one year of experience working in behavioral health, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, students, and families.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• Physical ability to provide necessary support, including assisting with mobility or adaptive equipment if required.
• Compliance with any state-specific licensing or registration requirements.
