School RN/CSN needed for Prairie Grove SD - Crystal Lake, IL
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified School Nurse (CSN)
Location: Prairie Grove (Crystal Lake IL)
Start Date: January 8, 2024
End Date: May 31, 2024
Hours: Full-Time (27.5 hr/wk)
Schedule: 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday - Friday
Work Environment: Health Office with one other RN and an LPN
Caseload: K-8th Grade Students
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to students with a variety of health needs
- Administer medications
- Develop and implement individualized health plans (IHPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure the health and safety of students
Qualifications:
- Current RN or CSN license in the state of Illinois
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
