Blazerjobs, in partnership with a reputable school district in Columbiana, AL, is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.   • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational goals.
  • Assess students' communication skills and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as required.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Current Alabama state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
