Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Position

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our team, contributing to the speech and language development of students in an educational setting.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders in students. Collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists, you will support students in achieving their academic and communication goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress and strategies for support.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid California license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• ASHA certification is preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
