Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Position

Blazer Jobs is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist in partnership with a leading school district in Covington, GA. We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our team, playing a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of students for the 2023-2024 school year.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be an essential part of the academic team, assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders in students. Your expertise will contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress and strategies for support.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Georgia license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
