Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to a caseload of 24-25 K-12 students.
• Address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges to help students succeed academically.
• Develop individualized strategies and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff.
• Attend IEP meetings and offer professional input to support student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and state requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Michigan School Social Worker (SSW) License.
• Must have 310 Certification to be considered.
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
