School Social Worker Job
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and possess an active LCPC or LCSW certification. Applicants that do not meet the outlined requirements will not be considered for this role.
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Contracted School Social Worker to join our district in Dearborn Heights, MI on a part-time basis (1 to 2 days per week).
Responsibilities:
- Provide social-emotional support and crisis intervention to K-12 students on a part-time schedule.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with educators and families.
- Assist with case management and maintain detailed documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCPC or LCSW certification.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
