Job Description:

We are seeking two dedicated School Social Workers to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL for the 2024-2025 school year. These positions offer a unique opportunity to support students across a wide range of ages, from early childhood to young adulthood. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective support plans for students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding students’ social and emotional needs.
• Develop individualized strategies to improve students’ overall school performance and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Illinois School Social Worker License.
• Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively with other educators and professionals.
