Position: Full-Time School Social Worker
Start/End Dates: ASAP – June 13, 2025
Location: Santa Maria, CA (for the 2024–2025 academic year)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. This full-time role will involve assisting families in navigating school-based and community-based behavioral health services, providing care coordination, supporting LPTs with crisis management, and offering direct behavioral health services.

Multiple Openings Available!

Responsibilities:

• Assist families with accessing both school-based and community-based behavioral health services
• Support LPTs with crisis management and behavioral health interventions
• Participate in providing direct behavioral health services to students
• Additional duties will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• California School Social Worker License required
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
