School Social Workers are needed in the Grand Rapids, MI area. There are two openings for the 2025 – 2026 school year!

Overview:

  • Full Time

  • On-site

  • Contract Dates: August 2025 – June 2026

  • Caseload: K – 12

  • 35 – 40 students


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting special education evaluations and functional behavior assessments

  • Provide skills-based interventions


Qualifications:

  • Required to hold one of the following: 1) School Social Worker Permit, 2) Temporary or Full School Social Worker Approval, 3) Preliminary School Social Worker Certification, 4) Professional School Social Worker Certification

  • Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred
