School Speech Language Pathologist Job Full-Time - Littlerock, CA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position within school districts in the Littlerock, CA area. We are seeking passionate professionals dedicated to supporting students' speech and language development.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid California SLP License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of California Education Code and IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act).
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for IEP meetings.
• Stay updated on best practices and advances in speech therapy techniques.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
