We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2023-2024 school year to join our team in Ontario, CA. The SLP will provide exceptional speech and language therapy services to students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication challenges.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech therapy into students' educational plans.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and staff regarding students' speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
