Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide strategies.
Provide training to educators on evidence-based practices.
Monitor and analyze progress data to refine interventions.
Collaborate with families to support student success at home and school.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
State licensure (as applicable).
Experience in school settings preferred.
