Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide strategies.

• Provide training to educators on evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and analyze progress data to refine interventions.

• Collaborate with families to support student success at home and school.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• State licensure (as applicable).

• Experience in school settings preferred.
