Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans.

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement strategies.

• Monitor progress and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Train educators in evidence-based behavioral practices.

• Work with families to promote consistency across home and school settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• State licensure (as applicable).

• Experience with diverse student populations preferred.
