Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs.

• Train and guide school staff in intervention techniques.

• Monitor and analyze data to adjust plans for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• State licensure (as applicable).

• Experience working with students with severe needs preferred.
