Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs.
Train and guide school staff in intervention techniques.
Monitor and analyze data to adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent support.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
State licensure (as applicable).
Experience working with students with severe needs preferred.
