Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Conduct assessments and collaborate with staff to address challenging behaviors.
Train educators and support staff on evidence-based practices.
Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
Provide consultation to families to ensure consistent support.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
State licensure (as applicable).
Experience in educational or therapeutic settings preferred.
