Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Conduct assessments and collaborate with staff to address challenging behaviors.

• Train educators and support staff on evidence-based practices.

• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.

• Provide consultation to families to ensure consistent support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• State licensure (as applicable).

• Experience in educational or therapeutic settings preferred.
