Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create intervention plans.

• Train and guide school staff in effective behavior management techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate the success of behavior programs through data analysis.

• Collaborate with families to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior support.

• Provide professional development opportunities for educators.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• State licensure (as applicable).

• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
