• Provide direct support to students and monitor progress towards behavioral goals.
• Offer training and professional development to staff on behavior intervention techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to behavior analysis services.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience in a school or clinical setting.
• Licensure/Certification: Must hold a valid BCBA certification and meet all Massachusetts state requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A passion for improving student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral practices.
