Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create tailored behavior plans.

• Train teachers and staff to promote consistent implementation of interventions.

• Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff and families.

• Monitor data to evaluate program outcomes and adjust plans as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• State licensure (as applicable).

• 3+ years of experience in educational settings REQUIRED.
