Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies.
Conduct behavioral assessments and create tailored behavior plans.
Train teachers and staff to promote consistent implementation of interventions.
Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff and families.
Monitor data to evaluate program outcomes and adjust plans as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
State licensure (as applicable).
3+ years of experience in educational settings REQUIRED.
