Job Details:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs.
- Write annual and revision IEP’s when needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred..
