Job Details:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders and difficulties.
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Work diligent with other staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and providing input regarding students' communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Maryland State BCBA License required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
