As a BCBA in Waukee, IA, you will play an integral role in helping students reach their full potential. Your expertise will guide educators and families to create a supportive environment where children can thrive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven intervention plans.

  • Collaborate with educators to implement effective behavior management strategies.

  • Provide training and consultation to staff on behavioral techniques.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

  • Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

  • Active BCBA certification.

  • State licensure (as applicable).

  • Experience in school settings preferred.
