Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs.
Collaborate with teachers and families to support individualized student progress.
Provide training and guidance to staff on effective behavioral strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the success of intervention plans.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
State licensure (as applicable).
Experience in school settings preferred.
