Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs.

  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support individualized student progress.

  • Provide training and guidance to staff on effective behavioral strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of intervention plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.

  • Active BCBA certification.

  • State licensure (as applicable).

  • Experience in school settings preferred.
