BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) 2025-2026 School Year | Anoka, MN

Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a dedicated school district in Anoka, MN, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team for the current school year with strong potential for renewal into the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a diverse school-based caseload, providing vital behavioral services and guidance to students and staff.

Position Details:

• Start Date: 04/14/2025

• End Date: 06/06/2025

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Pay: $47–$51 per hour (based on experience)

• Location: Onsite in Anoka, MN

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers

• Provide staff training and ongoing consultation to support behavior plan implementation

• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness

• Support students with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral/emotional needs

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

• Minnesota Department of Education license or eligibility to obtain one

State Requirements (Must Meet All):

• BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

• Ability to meet Minnesota Department of Education licensure requirements for school-based behavioral support roles

• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
