Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is now interviewing qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts for a full-time opportunity in a school district located in Anoka, Minnesota. This position is an excellent fit for professionals passionate about providing behavioral support and intervention services in educational settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

• Support staff training and provide ongoing consultation for implementation of BIPs

• Collect and analyze behavioral data for students

• Collaborate with IEP teams and school-based professionals

• Monitor progress and modify strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Must hold or be eligible for licensure through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a school-based setting
