Blazer Jobs is seeking a part-time BCBA to support a preschool caseload for the remainder of the 2024–2025 school year. This position is funded through an IDEA grant, limiting the schedule to two days per week. The BCBA will assist with programming for students, behavior plans, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support for students in the preschool caseload
Assist in implementing behavior plans and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Support programming for students with behavioral needs
Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective behavioral strategies are in place
Work within the limitations of a two-day per week schedule due to IDEA grant funding
Qualifications:
To be considered for an interview, candidates must have:
Experience working in a school setting
Active BCBA certification
Strong knowledge of behavior management strategies and functional behavior assessments
Ability to work within a part-time schedule (2 days per week)
