Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Auburn, NH
Setting: K–12 Public School Environment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Type: Contracted School-Year Position
As a school-based BCBA, you will lead behavior assessment and intervention efforts tailored to individual student needs. Your collaboration with school staff and families will play a vital role in creating a consistent and positive learning environment.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Monitor student data and make informed adjustments to intervention strategies
Support and train teachers, aides, and families on implementation of behavior plans
Promote a proactive and inclusive approach to behavior management across classrooms
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Eligible for New Hampshire state credentials (if required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
