Position Details

  • Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Location: Auburn, NH

  • Setting: K–12 Public School Environment

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

  • Type: Contracted School-Year Position


Role Overview

As a school-based BCBA, you will lead behavior assessment and intervention efforts tailored to individual student needs. Your collaboration with school staff and families will play a vital role in creating a consistent and positive learning environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Monitor student data and make informed adjustments to intervention strategies

  • Support and train teachers, aides, and families on implementation of behavior plans

  • Promote a proactive and inclusive approach to behavior management across classrooms


What You Need to Qualify

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB

  • Eligible for New Hampshire state credentials (if required)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
