Requirements:

Active RBT certification in Massachusetts

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an RBT

School-based experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities:

Carry out ABA therapy and behavior plans

Work 1:1 with students with behavioral needs

Collect and report on data to track progress

Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and school specialists
