School-Based Behavior Technician (BT) / Behavior Aide | Birmingham, AL | Weekly Pay & Benefits!
A Behavior Therapist (BT) or Behavioral Aide position has opened in our partner school near Birmingham, Alabama for the school year. We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested in helping students in grades K - 12.
About the Position:
- Full time: up to 40 hours a week
- Pay Range: up to $30 per hour, depending on previous experience
- Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
- Provide direct student care in one-on-one and group settings.
- Collect and record data based on student behavior
- Communicating with students, parents, and caregivers regarding progress
About You:
- Valid/Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification preferred but not required
- Previous ABA experience required
- CPI Certification or equivalent program
- Must be comfortable with toileting if needed
