School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) 2-3 Days/Week | K-8 Caseload

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a school district in Boston, MA to fill a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position for the current and upcoming school year (August 2025 – June 2026). This opportunity is perfect for a skilled and passionate BCBA with school-based experience seeking a consistent, part-time schedule in an engaging K-8 environment.

Position Details:

• Part-Time Schedule: 2–3 days per week

• Caseload: K–8 students across 2 schools

• Location: Onsite in Boston, MA

• Contract Term: August 2025 – June 2026

• Renewal Potential: Based on performance and district needs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers

• Provide staff training and behavior support strategies

• Monitor and document student progress toward behavioral goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans

Requirements:

• Active BCBA Certification

• School-based experience is required

• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week

• Familiarity with K–8 student populations

• Ability to travel between two school locations

State Requirements:

• Must hold (or be eligible for) appropriate Massachusetts licensure/certification for school-based BCBA services

• Background check and fingerprint clearance required per state guidelines
