Part-Time 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Setting
Location: Massachusetts
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week
Schedule: 8:15 AM – 2:45 PM (Flexible)

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, 1:1 role in a school setting. The selected RBT will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to gain hands-on experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and data collection. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a student in a school setting.
• Implement Discrete Trial Training (DTT) strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress.
• Collaborate with school staff and the BCBA to adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards while supporting student needs.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Required).
• Experience with DTT and data collection (Preferred, but training will be provided).
• Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
