Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Middle School
Location: New Hampshire
Start Date: ASAP – June 2025 (potential summer opportunity)
Hours: Full-Time (32-35 hours per week)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a middle school student with a speech and language impairment. The student uses a communication device and requires a trauma-informed approach to engagement and movement. While behaviors are currently passive, the student may elope or refuse to move at times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a school setting and be able to create a structured, engaging, and supportive environment. This role extends through the school year, with the possibility of continuing into the summer as the student transitions to high school.
RBT certification (Required)
School-based experience (Required)
Experience with speech and language impairments & behavior management
Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches
Supervision provided by district BCBAs
