Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – District Wide (K-12)
? Location: School District in Massachusetts
? Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours/week
? Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM (some days may require 7:15 AM – 2:15 PM)
? Duration: ASAP – March 2025 (Potential for extension)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across multiple school levels, including three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. This position is district-wide and requires flexibility to work with various student populations. Supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and record data on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other service providers.
• Assist in creating a positive and structured learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to travel between multiple schools as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
