As a BCBA in Kansas City, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students through the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Collaborating with educators, families, and school staff, you will ensure that each student’s behavioral needs are addressed effectively, leading to improved educational experiences.

Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs): Assess student behavior, identify triggers, and determine the best course of action.
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Develop and implement tailored BIPs to address specific student needs.
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect behavioral data, track progress, and adjust interventions based on real-time feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
Training & Support: Provide training to educators and families on the implementation of behavioral strategies.
We are looking for a BCBA who meets the following qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Certification: Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience: Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
