Behavioral Technician (Elementary - Itinerant)
? Location: Washington (WA)
? Position: Full-Time (35 hrs/week)
? Starting Pay: $25/hour
? Reports to: Inclusion Support Team (SpEd Teachers & BCBA's)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to support elementary students in an itinerant role. This position plays a crucial role in providing behavioral interventions and inclusion support to help students succeed in their academic and social environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Support Team, including Special Education Teachers and BCBA’s.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students.
• Assist in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Track and document student progress and behaviors.

Qualifications:

? School experience preferred (but not required)
? Bilingual in Spanish preferred (but not required)
? Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
