Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Norwalk, CT area. We are seeking compassionate professionals dedicated to supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 and group behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success.
  • Assist teachers and staff in creating structured and positive classroom environments.
  • Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress toward goals.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and therapists to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Utilize evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support students' development.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt to different student needs.
  • Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
