A school district in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician with a valid RBT license. This position requires strong prior experience working in educational settings and a deep commitment to student growth.
Requirements:

Active RBT certification in Massachusetts

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based role

Strong communication and behavior management skills
Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group behavior interventions

Collect data and maintain student progress records

Support teachers with implementation of classroom management techniques

Work closely with BCBAs and IEP teams to meet student needs
