Onsite Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Needed in Spokane, WA | 2025/26 School Year

Our partner school in Spokane, WA is searching for a Full time, onsite, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2025-26 School Year. We are looking for a hard-working and caring candidate to join our team and support our students and staff for a successful school year! 

Requirements:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification
• Must have active licensure in Washington

• 2025-26 School Year
• Full Time: 35 Hours/Week
• Caseload: K-12, specific caseload & duties will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $40-45 per hour, depending on previous experience
•  Onsite Only

• Determine the underlying causes of problematic behaviors; conduct thorough functional behavior assessments.
• Create customized behavior intervention strategies based on assessment data.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior.
• Conduct supervision hours for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Attend IEP meetings and write reports

• You will receive a compensation package including health, vision, dental benefits, 401K matching after 90 days of employment, an hourly payrate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
