Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Elementary School
Location: Delaware
Start/End Dates: ASAP – June 11, 2025
Schedule: Full Time (37.5 hours/week) | Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Grade Level: 2nd – 3rd Grade

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join an elementary school team in Delaware. The ideal candidate will support students in grades 2-3, focusing on aspects of daily living, behavior management, and implementing behavior support plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students with daily living activities.
• Support students with aggressive behaviors using behavior intervention strategies.
• Implement and follow individualized behavior support plans.
• Participate in toileting and bathroom duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and behavior specialists to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• RBT certification required
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in behavior intervention, is preferred.
• Comfortable assisting with toileting and personal care tasks.
