Registered Behavior Technician Opening
Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Wilmington, DE. This position involves working with students in grades 3-5, addressing aspects of daily living, and managing aggressive behaviors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with aspects of daily living for students, including hygiene and self-care tasks.
- Manage and address aggressive behaviors in students.
- Participate in bathroom duties as needed.
- Support students with behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and implement interventions.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active DE RBT certification (please confirm/attach active licensure via BACB).
- Experience with students exhibiting aggressive behaviors.
- Ability to support aspects of daily living for students.
- Must be onsite for this position.
- The client is not considering Behavior Aides, PARAs, or Behavior Interventionists for this role.
