Location: Winnetka, Illinois
Pay: $30+ per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM (35 hours per week)
Caseload: 1:1 Elementary Student

Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for an elementary student in Winnetka, IL. This role involves working closely with students, educators, and support staff to implement behavior intervention strategies and assist with individualized learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support in an elementary school setting
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Assist with behavior management, social skills training, and individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student progress
• Collect data and track student behaviors and progress

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students in a school or clinical setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Ability to work full-time, onsite in a school setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
