Registered Behavior Technician Role in School Setting

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Winnetka, IL area. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by a BCBA.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and reinforcing positive student interactions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to promote student success.
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support student development.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational or therapeutic setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow intervention plans and adapt to changing student needs.
• A passion for working with students to help them achieve their goals.
