Job Type: Full-Time (37.5+ hours per week)
Caseload: Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Blazer Works is seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Diagnostician to support elementary students for the 2025–2026 school year in Bryan, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about early education and committed to helping young learners reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage referrals and implement the appraisal process in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate the educational needs of K–5 students.

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and support individualized learning strategies.

• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to interpret evaluation data and assist in the development of effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education Assessment or a related field.

• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate.

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certificate.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
